2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value, as indicated on our website or during promotions.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Urban areas: 2-5 business days
Remote areas: 5-7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements may be offered based on the investigation outcome.
