The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request is initiated within 15 days of receiving the item.
The item was not marked as a final sale or a promotional item.

Customized or personalized products
Damaged items not due to our error
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange:
